We built our games to work without asking who you are. We do not require an account, we do not sell your information, and your game progress is stored on your own device.
This Privacy Policy explains how H2CI (“H2CI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you visit our website at h2ci.com (the “Site”) or download, install, or play any of our games or apps (together, the “Services”), including versions distributed through the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, and Steam.

Information We Collect
2.1 Information you give us
We only receive personal information from you if you choose to send it to us, for example when you:
- Email us for support, feedback, or bug reports (we receive your email address, name if provided, and the contents of your message).
- Fill out a contact form on the Site, if one is offered.
You are never required to provide this information to play our games.
2.2 Game progress and settings stored on your device
Our games save things like progress, unlocked items, scores, and settings locally on your device (for example, using browser local storage or the app’s on-device storage). This data stays on your device. We do not receive it, and it is not linked to your identity. Uninstalling the app or clearing your browser/site data deletes it.
2.3 Information collected automatically
Website and hosting logs. Like most websites, the servers that host our Site and web games may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is used to deliver the content, keep the Site secure, and troubleshoot problems, and it is retained only for a limited time by our hosting provider.
Platform information. When you get our games through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or Steam, those platforms collect information under their own privacy policies (for example, purchase history, crash reports, and account details). We may receive aggregated, non-identifying statistics from them, such as download counts, crash reports, and general usage numbers.
2.4 Information we do NOT collect
Unless this policy is updated to say otherwise, we do not collect:
- Your precise or approximate location
- Your contacts, photos, files, camera, or microphone
- Health, financial, or payment card information (purchases, if any, are handled entirely by the app store or Steam)
- Advertising identifiers for tracking you across other companies’ apps or websites
How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services
- Respond to your messages and provide support
- Fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues
- Keep the Services safe and prevent abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We only share information:
- With service providers that help us run the Services (such as web hosting and email providers), who may only use it to provide services to us.
- With platforms you choose to use (Google Play, Apple App Store, Steam), as needed to deliver and update the game.
- For legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of H2CI, our users, or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
If we add third-party analytics, advertising, leaderboards, cloud saves, or crash-reporting tools in the future, we will update this policy and the store disclosures before or when they go live.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are designed to be enjoyed by a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). Our games do not require children to provide any personal information to play.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal information (for example, by emailing us), contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
Data Retention
- On-device game data: stays on your device until you delete the app or clear your browser/site data.
- Support emails: kept only as long as needed to help you and maintain reasonable records, then deleted.
- Server logs: kept for a limited period by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the Site and web games. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but because we collect very little data, there is very little to expose.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California, Kentucky, other U.S. states, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom), you may have rights to:
- Ask what personal information we have about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Ask for a copy of it
- Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising (we do not do these)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

Deleting your data
- Game progress: delete the app, or clear site data in your browser for h2ci.com.
- Anything you sent us: email [email protected] with the subject “Delete My Data,” and we will delete it.
- Accounts: our games do not currently use accounts. If accounts are added, this section will explain how to delete them both in the app and through the Site.
International Users
H2CI is based in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., any information you send us will be processed in the United States.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top and, for significant changes, post a notice on the Site or in the game. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
